Delete your Plotyst account

You can permanently delete your Plotyst account and its associated data at any time, directly in the app:

• Open Plotyst and sign in.
• Go to the Profile tab.
• Open Settings, then tap “Delete account”.
• Confirm. Your account and data are permanently deleted.

If you cannot access the app, email support@plotyst.com from your account email address and we will process the deletion.

Your profile, username, avatar, watch history, ratings, reviews, comments, lists, follows and all activity are permanently deleted.

We may retain limited records required by law (e.g. transaction records for accounting) for the legally mandated period, and anonymised, non-identifying data. Backups are purged within 30 days.
